Suria Jelatek Residence.

For those who are living in  Ampang,Setiawangsa and Wangsa Maju and commute along jalan JELATEK.,i am sure you notice a new high rise appartment on the left side (if you are coming from Wangsa Maju)of Jalan Jelatek which has just completed and the keys have been handed over to the potential residents.I had the apportunity to visit one of the appartments last week.Memang kecik-kecik chilli api..Yang kecik adalah rumah nye yang pedas bak cilli api is the cost of the appartment.You can get more details here.

If you are a lucky buyer you get a nice view like so below.


But you are doom when you get this view...


Tapi takpe what ever the views...kalau anda mampu duduk tempat sebegini memang penghuninye high enders..sewa sebilik aje mencecah RM550..hmmmm

But what i am interested is to get potential customers for my curtain business.Kalau dapat 10 appartments out of the 350 pun dah kira bagusss.So hari ni dah siap buat flyers..and tomorrow kene lah terbang ke sana..

    Ya Mila...very small detail but very important.My show room under reno...semua curtain for show dah bawa turun...memang kene view my blog for patterns.

    hi , saya salah seorang owner suria jelatek . saiz paling besar 1420 sf. nak pasang curtain satu rumah gaya contemporary sbb nak sewa kat expatriate.agak agak brapa?tlg bagi range of price. apa lagi servis yg u ada??

    Hai there anonymous...the range starts from RM2000..i will be happy to quote for you but i need to view your apptm..the one that i visited was the medium size at Block A belonging to my brother.We have a complete range of fabrics and the pricre starts fromRM25 pe meter.Do drop by at my workstation at AU2b.
